Issues With Your Order:

My order says delivered, but it is not in my mailbox? 
This is VERY common with USPS! Please give it 1-2 days to arrive. It it doesn't arrive by then, please email us at support@beltbro.com

How do I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Simply send back your BeltBro's to:

Please ensure your **ORDER NUMBER**, name and address is written on the package. You will need to cover the cost of sending the order back to us, but your initial shipping fee will be refunded once we receive your return.

How do I change, update, cancel or refund my order?
If you already received a tracking number from us by email, then it's too late to change your order. You'll need to send back your order and get a refund and re-order.  However, if we have not yet sent out your order, feel free to email us at support@beltbro.com to change, update, cancel or refund your order.

I did not mean to click "Skip the Line" after purchasing, how do I remove this charge?
Please email support@beltbro.com and we will have this charge removed for you right away.

I'm having trouble ordering, how can I place my order?
We have two ways of ordering, from our home page and through our online Shopify store. Please try to order via our store at: https://store.beltbro.com

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship from Naples, Florida via USPS First Class Mail. Orders in the USA typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take 2-4 weeks. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us.

I haven't received my tracking number, how do I get it?
Please check both your inbox and spam folder. Also check your alternative email accounts you may have provided us when you submitted your order.

We send your tracking number automatically to the email you provided as soon as we ship your order. If it's been 48-hours and you still haven't received it, email us at support@beltbro.com

I received the wrong items in my order, how can you fix this?
Very sorry for any inconvenience! Please email support@beltbro.com and we will make sure you get the right items you ordered.

What exactly do I get ? 
We want all our customers to experience the full benefits of BeltBro by wearing one on each side. For this reason, your order includes 2 small, 2 medium and 2 large. To be clear, you will receive 2 of the 3-packs. 

Should I wear only one, or one on each side? 
Although you can wear only one on one side, we definitely recommend you try wearing one on each side for a more even and secure fit. That's why we offer the buy 1 get 1 free, so you get one for each side.

What's included in 1 pack?
One pack includes 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large for one side of your pants.

What's the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is $4.90 in the USA and $15 Internationally. 

Should I buy the Titan or Original?
The BeltBro Titan is designed for Men's 1.5" inch belt loops. The BeltBro Original is designed for Women's 1" inch belt loops. If you want more support along your waistline, we recommend the BeltBro Snap which can be purchased from: https://store.beltbro.com (coupon code: "5-dollars-off" )

I'm a big guy/gal, will the BeltBro really work for me?
Yes, absolutely! We have many bigger customers that love their BeltBro. If it doesn't work for any reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Can I wear my BeltBro through metal detectors?
Yes! The BeltBro contains no metal so no need to take off your belt when going through metal detectors!

Can I only buy 1 of the 3-packs?
We do not offer only 1 of the 3-packs. Each order is buy 1 get 1 free.

What is your refund policy?
If you're unhappy with your BeltBro for any reason, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We will refund your full purchase including the original cost of shipping, but you will need to pay the shipping cost to send it back to us.

I don't want all three sizes, I just want 2 of the same size, can I order this?
Yes, you can purchase pairs at our BeltBro Store. Scroll down to "Pairs".

Can I order one 3-pack of one color, and the second 3-pack a different color?
Since most customers wear the same color on both sides, we currently do not offer the option to select one color for a 3-pack and a second color for another 3-pack.

Can the BeltBro support concealed carry?
The BeltBro Titan was not designed for that purpose. However, it can support the weight of light weight attachments like a knife, cell phone case, etc. We take no liability or responsibility for the misuse of our product.
